As it is a long standing tradition at Technetics last week we had our regular Quarterly Staff meeting.
While normally the office is very busy as all staff come into the office and we are all share few laughs, pizzas and drinks this time for the 2nd quarter running it was all conducted via Microsoft Teams. While things are not quite the same as seeing the team in person we still had lots of laughs and shared virtual drinks. While the management group discusses the business plan going forward and asks for input by the team there was the awards, recognitions, lucky number and funny photo segment it is still by far the most popular part. This time around was special as new team members enter the awards.
Congrats to Gabe who was the Quarterly Star Award selected by the team, well done!
Great work by Div on winning the Rising Star Award and Louis for winning the Moet in the new “Lucky Number” segment.
To say that we all miss the face to face interactions is an understatement but we will all get through this together as a family, like we always do.
