Technetics is a unique IT company who since its very beginnings in the industry has fulfilled a gap in the rapidly growing IT and Data industry. We have grown to date as a leader in offering intelligent IT solutions to SME’s (Small and Medium Enterprises) in a wide range of industry sectors. Technetics is a Melbourne based and 100% Australian owned and operated company with its main assets being its people and customers.

Our unique blend of open and closed source solutions has given our customers more flexibility for business development while streamlining existing infrastructures in the back end.

Our IT Solutions Division

The lack of expert IT solutions to small and medium businesses was identified very early as many small and medium businesses did not have access to specialist IT professionals, resources only available to large corporations with multi million dollar IT budgets. Most SME’s engage poorly trained and/or inexperienced consultants who in turn cost the company a lot of money in the long run due to misconfiguration of infrastructure. We employ and have access to the most well trained and experienced professionals in the industry.

Our Data Solutions Division

Immediately after entering the data industry we realised that due to the huge price tags offered by other data recovery companies, data recovery solutions were not feasible for SME’s and non commercial customers. We were and remain to date as one of the few companies offering “no data no charge” for its data recovery work as well as free media inspection. Our reasoning still remains “why pay for a quote” and “why charge for no results”. To date we have recovered terabytes of data for Australia’s top 100 blue chip companies as well as a unique blend of individuals throughout the world.
