Technetics Consulting Pty. Ltd. is a Melbourne CBD based, customer oriented IT services provider to Melbourne based small and medium businesses (SMB’s). Currently we are seeking a professional and an experienced Network Engineer to join our technical team to assist with looking after our loyal client base and future growth of our business.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintenance and support of customer networks and applications
Working with other members of the technical services team
Provide total client support both onsite and remote
Deliver technical advice and consultation to clients
Design and implement work practices and procedures
Research new and upcoming technologies
Work independently and unsupervised

Essential Experience and Skills:

Excellent communication and written skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft platforms (AD, Exchange etc.)
Strong history in service delivery to various clients
Great attention to detail and presentation
Own vehicle and current Victorian driver license

Desired but Non Essential Skills:

Microsoft certification

WatchGuard and Cisco knowledge
AltN Products knowledge
Open Source and VoIP knowledge

Remuneration will be negotiated with the right candidate
